1) Application & Approval

Purchase your provisional placement to hold your seat. Our team then conducts a brief verification to ensure guest quality and maintain our strict ratio of 50 Ladies and 50 Gentlemen.

2) Guided seating rotations

We guide the flow of the evening through hosted seating rotations—ensuring you meet the right number of people without the chaos of speed dating.

3) The Evening at Crown

A black tie optional dinner with an unlimited open bar, designed for relaxed, high-quality connection.

4) Connection Gallery

After the event, revisit your encounters in a private gallery, available for 14 days, to select those who sparked your interest.

    Welcome Drinks (30 mins)

    Join us for a personal welcome and a selection of hand-picked wines to start the evening.

    Opening Remarks (5 mins)

    A brief introduction from your host to outline the evening’s journey and seating transitions.

    Entrée (45 mins)

    Ladies are seated and gentlemen are guided to their initial tables to begin the opening course.

    Intermission (10 min)

    A brief interval to circulate the room and engage with guests from other tables before the main course begins.

  • 7:30 PM

    Main Course (60 mins)

    Ladies welcome new companions as gentlemen join their second tables for the main course.

    Intermission (15 min)

    A short break to follow your curiosity across the room and connect with new faces before we transition to the final course.

    Dessert (45 mins)

    Ladies and gentlemen come together for the last rotation, sharing dessert as the evening’s formal dining concludes.

Is the Connection Gallery private?
Yes. The Connection Gallery is only viewable by guests who attended the Matchmaking Night. Access remains open for 14 days.
What does “verification” mean?
After purchase, we run a quick verification before the ticket is fully activated. This step helps keep the guest list curated and balanced.
Can you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes—common dietary requirements and allergies can be accommodated with notice. You’ll be able to provide details after purchase.
What is the dress code?
Black Tie Optional. Think elegant cocktail attire through to tuxedos and formal gowns—aim for polished and elevated.
Refunds / transfers
Placements are non-refundable 14 days after purchase, or immediately if the purchase is made within 14 days of the event. However, if your invitation is not granted during our verification process, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. This ensures the room remains balanced and curated for all guests.
